Greencastle Is Special - I'm Blessed to be Running for Greencastle City Council 4th Ward
I made Greencastle my home in 2008 and never looked back.
Greencastle is a special place, and you likely already know that if you're reading this post.
You don't need me to describe what it feels like to walk the booths at First Friday then find a spot to place your lawn chair and hear the band while the sunsets.
Saturday mornings during the farmers market where you cross paths with friends, Breadworks in hand, and pickup your produce for the week.
Moore's Bar when you promised you'd be home after one drink but it's suddenly 2am and you're on the crowded, and very tiny, dance floor.
Crossing paths and saying hello to strangers while walking through DePauw's campus.
Walking onto crowded fields at the sports park during PCYSA game days (big shout out to their new partnership with the Indy 11!)
Being stuck in traffic on 240 after leaving your shift at a factory.
The excitement you have on the day that dairy castle opens each year.
Your first sip during a whiskey taskings at The Whisk.
Winning game after game of pool at Wally's (shout out to the 4th Ward!)
Greencastle is special and I'm honored to be running for Greencastle City Council. Regardless of the results in November I know I'm going to meet more incredible people, learn from them, and hopefully I am blessed enough to help them have a voice in city government.
